Australia’s reconciliation journey continues this November as leaders, organisations, communities and changemakers from across the country gather for two of the most significant events on the reconciliation calendar, the National Reconciliation Action Plan, RAP, Conference and the Indigenous Governance Awards, IGA, Gala Dinner.

Held from Wednesday 4 November to Friday 6 November 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre in Tarntanya, Adelaide, the event will bring together members of the growing RAP network alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, businesses and communities committed to driving meaningful change.

The two day conference is designed to inspire, challenge and connect attendees through important conversations around reconciliation, truth telling, leadership, governance and action. Alongside the conference, the Indigenous Governance Awards Gala Dinner will celebrate and recognise the incredible success of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led organisations and communities from right across Australia.

This year’s conference theme, All In, aligns with the 2026 National Reconciliation Week theme and carries a powerful message for all Australians.

Reconciliation is not passive. It is not symbolic. It is not something that can be left to others.

All In is a call for individuals, workplaces, governments, schools, organisations and communities to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day. It reminds us that advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rights and building a more just and equitable nation requires action from everyone, not only First Nations peoples who have carried the burden of advocating, educating and leading for generations.

Reconciliation will not happen from the sidelines.

The National RAP Conference continues to provide a vital space for organisations and leaders to strengthen their understanding of reconciliation while sharing practical ways to create lasting change within workplaces and communities. Meanwhile, the Indigenous Governance Awards highlight the strength, innovation and leadership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations that continue to lead with culture, vision and community at the centre.

Early bird packages are available now and include full access to the National RAP Conference along with one ticket to the Indigenous Governance Awards Gala Dinner, offering attendees a discounted package at $200 off the full ticket price.

With tickets expected to sell quickly, organisers are encouraging attendees to secure their place early.

More updates regarding the conference program, keynote speakers and featured sessions will be announced in the lead up to the event.

The National RAP Conference and Indigenous Governance Awards are more than just events on the calendar, they are an opportunity for Australia to come together, listen, learn and recommit to the ongoing journey of reconciliation.

Because reconciliation requires all of us.

All In.
