‘Reconciliation SA delivered 3 Introduction to understanding racism sessions to Primary Health Networks (PHN) over a 3-month period as a commitment to educate staff the importance of understanding racism.

The sessions were delivered at their PHN Adelaide branch at Mile End and was attended by close to 100 people.

The feedback post sessions have been positive and encouraging in that it has initiated conversations regarding truth telling. Some staff shared personal insights to their own experiences with racial discrimination and those experiences created moments for others to self-reflect.
